Payment Options

Option 1 — 100% Advance Payment
Full payment must be completed before order dispatch.

Option 2 — 25% Advance + 75% COD
25% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
Remaining 75% is payable via Cash on Delivery.

COD Policy

• COD is available only in selected locations.
• COD orders may require telephonic confirmation.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in permanent COD restriction for the customer.

Non-Payment / Failed Delivery

If a COD order is rejected or delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

• The advance amount is non-refundable.
• Shipping charges will be deducted.
