RETURN, EXCHANGE & DAMAGE POLICY

❌ No Return Policy

We do not offer return or refund once the product is delivered.
Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.


🔄 Exchange Policy (Applicable Only in Following Cases)

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect is found
  • Wrong product has been delivered

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim an exchange:

  • A full unboxing video is compulsory.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed package condition
    • Complete opening process
    • Visible damage or defect

Without valid video proof, the exchange request will not be accepted.


⏳ Exchange Time Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


📦 Exchange Process

  1. Customer shares unboxing video and photos via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Our team verifies the claim.
  3. Replacement is shipped after approval.

🚚 Exchange Shipping

  • First exchange shipping is covered by us (only for approved damage/defect cases).
  • For other exchange requests (if allowed), the customer bears the shipping cost.

❌ Exchange Not Applicable If

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Product has been used or installed
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Request is raised after the allowed time period
