❌ No Return Policy
We do not offer return or refund once the product is delivered.
Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.
🔄 Exchange Policy (Applicable Only in Following Cases)
Exchange is allowed only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect is found
- Wrong product has been delivered
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim an exchange:
- A full unboxing video is compulsory.
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package condition
- Complete opening process
- Visible damage or defect
Without valid video proof, the exchange request will not be accepted.
⏳ Exchange Time Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
📦 Exchange Process
- Customer shares unboxing video and photos via WhatsApp or Email.
- Our team verifies the claim.
- Replacement is shipped after approval.
🚚 Exchange Shipping
- First exchange shipping is covered by us (only for approved damage/defect cases).
- For other exchange requests (if allowed), the customer bears the shipping cost.
❌ Exchange Not Applicable If
- No unboxing video provided
- Product has been used or installed
- Damage occurred after delivery
- Request is raised after the allowed time period
